oh it started with all the anti Mass Effect 2 crap. Tali and Garrus are treated like gods on this forum for no reason at all beside they were part of Mass Effect 1. Tali and Garrus are strictly in Mass Effect 2 as fan service for those ME 1 fans. and now Mass Effect 2 is going to have some Liara content. hell bioware should have just made Mass Effect 1 into one big freaking game. its nice that the story from ME 1 is keep going in ME 2 but damn ME 2 should have had its own part of the story as well Shepard should of had a new crew in it. no Bioware has to do the butt kissing to the fans of ME 1. now we have killing Miranda thread but god forbid if there was a killing Tali thread people would be pissed and outraged.

Oh its sad to see a video game developer become basically slaves to its fans but hey i guess Bioware likes being slaves to the ME 1 fans. at least with the Liara dlc it has some story connection to the main ME 2 story. but poor little Tali and Garrus got put into ME 2 out of fan service to ME 1 fans.

How is fan service a bad thing mind you? Sure the character obviously isnt up your alley, but it's still an example of a company doing the majority of their followers a favor by including popular characters. 

You'd rather have bioware go: No, lets not include a popular character that would make our game sell better and and the same time do the fans a favor, lets take our chances with something unknown that may or may not be better.

To be fair. She's part of an important sub-plot and have some relevance to the main-plot, so atleast she has some justification for being in the game.

Can't say that to some other squadmembers though.

how is Miranda fan service when she is a key part of the early part of the story in Mass Effect 2. She has a place in Mass Effect 2.
