 Heya

I've got a problem that when I try and import my 2nd character into ME2 from ME1, the name shows in gold rather then green and It will not work.  I completed once with my paragon guy, wanted to have another go with my renegade girl.  I've replayed the final mission 3 times now just to try and get it too work. I've checked around a ton of other forums, can't see anything else on this, either I've done a bad google search or I just can't find the info, got hold of ea support, they didn't know.  Whats up?  

Just to make it clear, first guy shows up green, imports with no trouble and worked fine, completed the game with him.

use the dpad the analog sticks do not move the selection its a screw up on biowares part they didn't put it in the manual .
