You are in the wrong place. This is gamers in here, writing back and forth to other gamers. You need to contact Atari anyway, not Bioware / EA.

You're right on D2D, I can only see it when I sign in, listed under my purchases and available for download, but not for sale.

Why the heck would they make it so difficult to buy a game?? Why take it off of Direct2Drive? People still want to buy this game despite Atari's attempts to kill it...

I have found dealing with Atari to be very much like dealing with a drunkard in the family. They're a lot easier to get along with when you stop trying to understand why they do things and just accept that from time to time they turn up on your porch in a pool of vomit muttering about how much they love you.

It most certainly looks like it can still be purchased and downloaded from Atari according to this page on the Atari site...
Just took a look at the link and it says Unavailable to purchase in MY area (I live in Canada). Seems that you still cant buy it (or maybe I cant

Yeah the Atari site doesn't do outside of the USA, for some bizarre reason. We live in this connected world and yet, somehow, international shipping or distribution seems to still be beyond the capacity of digital downloads -- go figure.
Not saying it makes sense -- just the opposite. I suppose there must be some sort of trade and import/export laws that get in the way of digital distribution or something. Seems sort of stupid, but if it were easy to do legally, I can't imagine why it wouldn't be available.
The same situation applies in Australia. For some reason digital distribution isn't allowed. Of this game at least. You should definitely do a google search for your specific country and region (such as province, state, county or whatever else is used to define a region in your country) and see if there's a way to get digital distribution or hard copy (retail outlet) delivered to your home (or if you have to go get it) and then report those results here,
And that's advice for anyone outside the US, the more information we have to give to others the better in this regard.

It appears that Atari's website won't sell this game at all. I live in the USA and I still can not buy it. Guess I have to purchase it from amazon and wait for the delivery sigh....
Edit: Well it appears that Atari doesn't sell the "Deluxe Edition" of Neverwinter Nights 2 (Which includes all expansions) in the North American Region. Upon futher investigation of the box art they have displayed on their website I found that is not a ESRB rating. They still sell the "Gold Edition" and all other expansions seperatly.

And, had you come here before making this observation and read the thread (which is not a fault, by any means) you would have found this information before getting frustrated by Atari's Arcane Attitude. Hopefully, this thread will provide at least a few folks a "before the act" point of reference instead of finding it after they find out how tricky a process it can be to get one of these games these days.

To add to this, when I started to download this I downloaded the OC, then closed out without downloading expansions yet. I was given no "download here" link for reference, so I contacted Atari support and was told Digital River handed their downloads in the U.S., and that I'd have to call/e-mail THEIR support.
Don't bother. Just got to the Digital River Web site and it gives you a place to enter your order number here to get the download links again. The Atari customer support should have been able to just direct you there, but they don't seem to know wtf they're talking about.
Hope that saves some further headache.
