Did his eye stay lit the entire time, or did it come on, then shut back off? Because for me, it's like he's just laying there, but active, because he's looking around and stuff.

for me his light was dim then bright(repeatedly), but he moved his headflaps and looked around only when it was bright

I'm going to openly admit that I'd like to see Legion as a LI in ME3, mostly out of curiocity of how the romance will play out. ANyway, I'm sure Legion will be in ME3, we can be certain that he respects and admires Shepard, it's why he put the N7 piece on him, no?

Back to the topic at hand however, Legion
was definately one of my favorite reads, whom I missed on my first visit
there since I'd not picked him up as yet that save.  The idea of him
playing games was perfect for the character.  In many ways, he's like a
young child in terms of innocence.  Video feeds and data logs can tell
you alot about a people, but they tend to not capture all the nuances of
human interaction.  Gaming however exhibits the best and worst of
that.  Gaming offers Legion a way to directly interact with humanity
from a position of autnomity, likely with the best of intentions
regarding learning more about us... but woefully unprepared for social
cues as shown by his dating sim score.  The fact that he donated the max
amount but then chose not to actually play the Eden Prime game also
shows us a great deal of the character I think.  It brings to light that
he/they may well feel some guilt, or at the least responsibility, for
the actions of the heretics and try to make amends.  This, like the bit
about them and Quarian Opera in ME1, shows signs of a much deeper
culture and emotional underpinning to the Geth as compared to simply
being standard robots.
