I did. And I laughed for a long time also. One thing, "10000+ quarians" would look much better for me.

Ok, I just finished ME2 and would like to share some thoughts about Legion.

As most of squadmates he is also a very interesting character to me. What makes him special in my eyes are his thoughts about humans being just simple hardware/software. Machines, just based on chemistry instead of electrical impulses. His dialogues (not only on SR-2) made my jaw drop few times and say out loud "He is soooo right!" In just few senstences this metal bastard revealed whole mystery of existence - there is no mystery, we are just machines, maybe even without free will, just following our programming - eat/fight/work/sleep/reproduce (or just a last one, others are just means to prolong a species). What if our personality is made from billion tiny cells creating one body just like Legion consists of many programs? Of course I knew most of these things for quite a long time but he wrapped it so nicely. And it proves how amazing people work at BioWare.

Secondly, we know how geth work and we see Legion being different when not connected to the network for a long time. It's actually nice metaphor. People tend to follow the herd while in... well, herd. And they go mad develop differently when isolated. As for machine Legion is very... human? At least for me he is clearly on path to be more like organic species. Maybe the missing link/monkeys eveloped into ****** sapiens in very similar way.

Something to think about - considering Legion (or geth overall) is conscious being with soul, is using parts of his body, for repair for example, a profanity like, say, cannibalism?
Conclusion, soul is just an illusion.

Legion is awesome, both as a character and a gamer. He needs to come back for ME3, as a squad-mate.

I'm pretty sure that he's coming back for ME3. He's actually the only character that could be guarenteed a place even if he died on the suicide mission the Devs could just say that he copied his memories into the Normandy just incase he didn't make it. There simple as that.



He's going to be important for the eventual Geth/Quarian conclusion.

I just had a thought about the ship that Legion used to get to the derelict reaper. I can't imagine him just leaving it there without a pilot. I imagine Legion would have left enough runtimes on the ship in order to assist if something went wrong or to escape. That could be another way to have you meet Legion again in ME3 if you sold him to Cerberus (you bastard) or you let him die on the suicide mission (you failure).



Though to be honest I would be unsurprised if BioWare forgot about that.

I wanna see if Legion gets feelings like organics in ME3, it would be very interesting. After all, he wears Shepard's armor piece. He seems to have some kind of fascination for the famous commander.

Just popping in to throw my support for Legion. Always been a sucker for the "Misunderstood" aspect of "villains", and getting to find out the Geth weren't so bad after all was awesome.

I'm started a new playthrough with ME2 and anyways, finall got Legion's file on the shadowbroker... the one that stuck out to me the most was his attempts at the dating sim-along with all the Bad Ends he no doubt unlocked, poor thing.
