hey everyone
im having some trouble patching nwn2.
every time i run the update it crashes and says something like: "Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since files contents do not match".
i dont have any idea how to fix this :s
appreciate any help guys

What version of the game are you on currently and what installation (i.e. NWN2+MotB+SoZ or some other permutation)?

The version is 1.01 and I've only instaled the original nwn2.
i wanted to full update the game first before installing the expansions just to avoid any kinds of bugs or errors

I'm going to suggest you install MotB and SoZ, if for no other reason than to get closer to the final version (v1.23).

Are you using W7? Problematic installations are hit/miss in my experience with this OS.

no this moment im using xp.

and well i´ve already installed the expansions and keeps showing the same error.

i really need to update the game because its so full of problems and errors in some quests

If you installed using the digital download version, you will need to remove and re-install following the information in the link I provided above.

it works! i've done all the patching and the game runs just fine
