Well I am pretty pissed off. I spent money getting all this, and now they release it all at once? Okay, I'm not going to buy Dragon Age 2 when it comes out, since apparently I can just get it all later at more than 50% off, all at once, and without any of the hassle. Wow....Bioware really hates the people that actually bought their games huh? =/

Since when is it unusual for games to decrease in price and/or package all their content together in one kit? We've been seeing this for...ever.

If that's something that bothers the average consumer then yes, most definitely, wait 9-12 months to get a GOTY or Ultimate release. As always, it's a business decision that relies on the demand of the consumers.

Was looking at getting the Digital Deluxe Ed of just DA:O but since I dont have any of the DA, should I forget about the specail stuff: 3 exclusive in-game items

Bergen’s Honor: A massive helmet made out of dragonbone (+2 to armor, +25 physical resistance, +6 to attack)

Grimoire of the Frozen Wates: A special book that adds +3 to all attributes when read

Final Reason: A magical staff of immense power (adds to damage, spell power, and fire damage

And just get this Ultimate one and get everything else that it comes with, and save the money?

Get Ultimate. Those three items are forgettable in the long run, and I think it's simply a case of getting the much better deal (i.e. Ultimate).

Plus, with all the DLC and stuff, it's a huge game so having it all on disc would be quite handy.
