 Hello,

Yesterday I was installing a variety of different mods for dragon age. Some of which were dazip files, others were override zip files. For a while, everything worked together well, although I never got the sacred ashes mod to work on leliana's hair.
However, recently the dazips just stopped working for no apparent reason. I tried reinstalling 3 times, I've tried re-applying the dazip through the content updater several times as well, but nothing happens. The mods appear under the "applied content" folder of the downloads on the home menu in-game, and they are checked as if they would work, but they do not work. I start the game after waiting for the game to connect to the server, and the mods just aren't there. I've tried this on the latest patch of the game and on 1.0, so I don't think it was a patch problem (neither worked).

This sucks, because it was all working perfectly before, and now it has just stopped working. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

THANKS!

When you say the 'mods just aren't there', do you mean the folders aren't there or the effects in-game aren't there?

Have you recently installed any mod? If so, uninstall that mod and try.

Their effects in game aren't there. The mods appear in the folder but they do not change anything in game.
I thought another mod had done something, so i uninstalled all mods following the time when it was working. That didn't help. one dazip mod DOES work, lock_bash, but all others no longer do. I don't think all my override mods work either.

I tried reverting the game to 1.03, but that didn't work either.

Uninstalling a well-designed mod works fine, but others can leave files in the package override folders (there's one in Documents and another in Program Files).

So, you might have to remove the latest mods from those folders manually (or uninstall everything, clean out those folders, and start again).

Sadly, it is entirely possible that a mod which isn't designed for compatibility can disable many others.
