I mentioned earlier in the thread (much earlier) that I will play a game with a male character (if the game interests me) and will occasionally even choose to play a male.  However, I definitely like having the choice to play a female, as that is what I will choose most of the time.

Well, I meant more towards the part where Bioware did advertise for female characters in Origins and that tpryan blaming Bioware advertising for not doing it but.. thanks for the answer though! (I'd answer but I do believe we'd be going around in circles and I'd be called a troll again)

You're welcome.  I do agree that the trailers released for DA:O actually were pretty good about showing female PCs.

And like I said and have tried to present in examples.  Playing a women is pure gravy.  It allows for additional playthroughs.  More bang for your buck.

I could be wrong, but considering the popularity of this thread and the female Hawke thread it's pretty likely we'll see this much-covetted female Hawke.
