Question is in the title. My stone prisoner DLC does not work (after going to sulchers pass honneath does not appear on map, nor do i get quest for it) I have looked but cant see anyway to do it apart from a total fresh install which i will not do as i downloaded from steam.
any way to delete DLC and redownload /install?

The only way I know is to delete the folder (for me, it's documents/bioware/dragon age/addins/). That seems to prompt the game to download and install it again. I don't know if that works with Steam.

The solution that worked for me was clearing the download cache. Its in the Config window where you first setup the game before running it (or make further adjustments) last tab labelled repair. My content is all re-downloaded and intalled and working. Hope that helps.

the only way is to delete the whole folder. i haven't managed to find a folder guide of what is what in the folder so i had to delete it all and re-download. got them all to work bar the new witch hunt dlc
