Step By Step - for a computer dummy

I want to install the modification for "nude" bodies into my game. I have seen these mods listed here on the forums. I even downloaded the mods once upon a time. (I have no idea where I saw these mods posted, it was awhile ago. I am lucky if I can find these files on my computer now.)
So,
how do I incorporate these mods into my game? I have "tried" to do this and failed. I need a step-by-step how to from someone with alot of patience.
AND, because I know nothing about my computer and DA has a reputation for problems, are there any software issues associated with using these mods: specifically crashes, corruption, incompatibility issues. Am I better off not installing these mods?

www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php NSFW !
Are what your looking for I belive.
Install:
=================
- you must download the mod
- Unzip the file on your computer with 7zip.
- Remove previous versions of Natural Bodies.
- use the override file with the DAO Modmanager (Drag and Drop the *. override file in the list installed overrides in modmanager)
- right click on the installed mod and select config
- set the settings as you want them
- start the game and make yourself naked
Thats for the first one, the second.
INSTALLATION
Download
whichever of the cutscenes packages you want, but only ONE of the
main/optional files. You can, however, add on as many of hte
"miscellaneous" files as you want.
Unpack the scene archive(s)
you downloaded to "My documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/" folder. You
shouldn't have to do anything else. To verify that it installed
correctly, navigate to "My Documents/Bioware/Dragon
Age/packages/core/override/Luchaire/" and you should find a bunch of
files there that end in .cub and .cut - if so, you're done, enjoy. If
not, you installed it wrong. Try again.
These are packed in .7z format. You will probably need 7-zip to unpack them.
If you are updating from previous versions:
- First navigate to "My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/packages/core/override/"
- Find the folder named "Luchaire"
- Delete it, get rid of it, nuke it
- Install fresh version of the mod according to instructions above

Don't have - Couldn't find:
"My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/packages/core/override/"
I have the files on my computer. Copy that. I have the files. Didn't need to re-re-re-register at the other-other-other sites. That's not a speech impediment. That's a download impediment.
They're sitting on my desktop, some in zip files.
Pretty.
Now what?
ps. I am using a WinRAR evaluation copy for unzipping. I doubt that's an issue. It asks me where to extract to. Just thought I would clarify my fancy software sit. I work with WinRAR. Had trouble getting others to work. Had a technician come by and install WinRAR. Taught me some basic moves on it too. Haven't used it in 6 months.

Or should I just keep it real and speak my mind about this? (And this is after registering on the Nexus site for their ****load of SPAM.) [shame I already have these mods on my computer - I am just having difficulty putting them where they should be. It did not happen automatically.]

There are forums all around the 'Net, including on The Nexus, where you may be much happier with your potential results.

Is everyone getting some sort of commission for referals to nexus?
I have not even touched the mods beyond downloading them from this [THIS!] forum. Can't say I cannot handle them - yet. It's been awhile so I do not recall who uploaded them.
But things keep getting more complicated rather than less so. Can I get a little help and less cowbell?

I still would like to believe I can get an answer to my question. The answer really should be simple and straightforward and my fault for not seeing it vs. the alternative: complicated, abstruse and painful. [I assume the answer to my question will port to other mods too - a good argument for a sticky.]
QUESTION:

There are plenty of guides to modding around if you look if you are really interested in having mods.
