If you don't want the items, and don't want the money, you can always:
1) Disable Golem's Might DLC on the DLC menu. At least on PC, I don't know how DLC works on console; or
2) If you want the other items from Golem's Might, you can destroy items in your inventory without selling them, IIRC. So you can always destroy the Cudgel without selling it.

actually this doesnt ruin anything this is a gift. killing the harvester on hard was the hardest battle I have ever faced. I can believe I bet it!!!! then reward will help and besides in origins you can find to much from looting but I do it anyway.

its hard to believe people think its cheating the game but selling this reapers cudgel. harden up princess. its a gift from themaker him self more like a lucky price I would rather have somehting that worth alot them looting time wasting.... already clocked origins 3 times need cash

Golems of Amgarrak was very very hard. Took me 4 hours on nightmare. It's only fair to get a great reward.
