Hello All,

I was doing another play through the ME series, & I noticed something odd that was happening.  On my Level 50 Soldier playthrough, I did not have access to the Spectre gear (but had maxed out credits).  I began expierementing, & decided it was tied to the Critical Mass achievement editor.  I tried deleting my profile, & restarting a new profiel.  After doing so, I re-earned the Rich achievement, which then enable the purchase of the Spectre gear.  Now begins the problem...

I still have all the old saves available, but I am not able to load them.  I can export out my 2 characters (levels 60 & 50 respectivley) to ME2, & can start a new game using either of the characters (in ME1), but again can not load previous progress in ME1.

Any ideas?

Update:



If I create a new game with one of the completed characters, the save is then available under that charachter (so it would be a level 50 character, & then once started I'd have access to the saves from the level 54 character).



Kinda weird, this has been resolved. I just wonder what made this happen (other than me goofing around with the achievement editor).

You should always be able to access those old characters via "All Careers". If you've been messing with the profile file, then they may not show up as separate Careers, no; the profile file also tracks what Careers you've been using. It sounds like Critical Mass might not always leave those intact
