Simple question can I play this expansion if I do not own the original game? (If so I can finally pick it up)

Sorry but the answer is no. SoZ is an expansion. It requires the base NWN2.

The proper answer of course is to buy both! And MotB too!

If you prefer, you can buy direct from Atari. A digital download.

Well if you have a friend that owns the original and the expansion you could play the game on his (or her) computer.

So yes.=]

May I recommend that you will probably enjoy Storm of Zehir more if you play the Original Neverwinter Nights 2 campaign first. This is because there are references in Storm of Zehir that will be lost on you if you have not played the original campaign first.

Do you know if there's a site with the deluxe edition available in Northeastern US?  I can buy the individual games, but I'd rather save on a complete pack.
