Well i think the liara change of character is pretty simple, she has just matured. If you remember when you were young people start mostly being innocent and inexperienced (this is the liara of ME1, who dedicated most of his life to study the protheans), the Liara in ME2 is "hardened" by her experiences and you could say that she is more "mature", therefore the change of looks to make her personality and look match better.

The Featherhead has not been mentioned once in relation to the DLC, so safe bets are on it NOT being included in Lair of the Shadow Broker.

Even if the "Featherhead" (funny nickname BTW) is in this DLC  it wont bother me as you just have to play it to its strength of which there are many.  It's fast, maneuverable and hard hitting.  Pretend it's a WWII  flight simulator and you're flying a Japanese Zero (Zeke) fighter instead of a P-47 Thunderbolt or F6F Hellcat like I would compare the old Mako to (and prefer for that matter).

I think that the chances that Feron is still alive after more than two years as extremely slim and I don't think that the broker is keeping him in a luxurious cell either.

Probably post if I've been reading right. Everything else has been pre-end game though.

It could be for a couple different reasons:

1.  SB is Liara's father (as many have theorized) and therefore doesn't want to harm her, or...
2.  SB plans to use Liara to get to Shepard.

• He/she/it did send Nyxeris to infiltrate and possible assasinate Liara.
• If the SB dosen't take Liara as a serious threat it would be a waste of money to hire say, a drell assassin to whack her.
• SB could be planning to use Liara as a pawn in some larger power play.

I think it would be great if they (Bioware) would allow for all of the Extras, like when you Pre ordered the game and you had a choice of what to choose. As to put all of that into DLC in different packs,

so one could have Dragon Armor or the promo`s from Dr Pepper? That I would like to see and would pay for it as well!

The Dr. Pepper promotion is still ongoing, so there'd no reason to release those outside of its promotion. Unless they want to ****** off Dr. Pepper/7-Up and get into some legal issues.
