I'm very curious to see how this DLC will play for those who romanced Liara in ME1 and had stayed faithful to her in ME2. Unfortunately, I have no ME1 playthroughs with a Liara romance. Maybe it's time to do one

Yeah I kinda feel the same, I did have a save with a Liara LI transfered over but I deleted it unfortunatly. Can't wait for the Ashley DLC now helping her take down some Antialien extremists using her family history or something as an example.

I've stayed faithful in every playthrough as a pre-requisite for ME3, then this came out and now i'm doubly excited to see how the romance between my femshep and Liara will continue

I hope that liara is coming back to have a love interest and to also become a team member. I would love to see her as a team member.

I hope so too, but let's be realistic: I don't see her coming back permanently before ME3.
She will join us when we exact revenge on the Shadow Broker, after which she will take over all of his assets.
I can see her coming back to join us in ME3, but not in ME2 (not permanently at least).

EDIT: It was already said that we can continue the relationship we had with her, that is if we stayed faithful and didn't cheat on her (no, I didn't cheat)

She will be a temp squadmate near the middle of the DLC and it`s been comfirmed we can continue the romance with her:wub:

and if she becomes a permenant squad member, where would she stay? Obviously if Shepard and Liara have a relationship she can stay in his cabin but what about if Shepard didn't have a relationship with her?

Yeah, it's better to be dissapointed 3 days before this DLC is released than after you play it and realize she's still on Illium, and then bash your 360 to pieces.

Someone on the forums hacked the game awhile back and found alot of interesting things.....

Liara dialogue based on the Shadow Broker, even more Squadmate Dialogue that was taken out, essentially what some of us consider the old "Party Banter".

The original was even supposed to be more free roaming like the first, they have Samara Dialogue for Mordins mission, as well as Thane Dialogue for Garrus's recruitment mission and more.

oh ok cool, did not know that. But that still is dialogue from pre DLC. No telling whats gonna happen until we all play it.



Either way it will be good and makes a great game better.
