Just finished it. It was very good, and there was some very nice dialogue between shep and Liara.

This isn't a spoiler, but the first boss fight of this DLC is frikin epic if you play a vanguard.

Definitely play through it on a Vanguard first. I cannot stress enough how awesome the Ilium boss battle will be if you play a vanguard.
