Not to crush EatChildren's spirit, but I really don't see that happening. I also doubt the "big surprise" is just that.epoch_ wrote...

I'm guessing Liara will stay in this "Shadow Broker intel lab", and we can visit her from time to time.
yeah, I bet that's the surprise the dev was talking about a few weeks ago. If that's the case, and I don't get Ash/Kaidan back in dlc, im actually going to be really upset.
No spirits crushed, I just dont see Liara joining the Normandy or anything. I expect this mission to be playable at any point (in other words, not a post-SM requirement), and I expect this "Shadow Broker intel center" to be a new place we can frequent, where Liara will stay.
I think the 'surprise' will be Liara as a useable NPC squadmate during her mission.

Well, good. The Liaramancers deserve this. They've had to deal with a ****ty cameo for too long.

This would be awesome but I kinda doubt they'd do it, you know? After all, Bioware hasn't really delivered yet on ME1 decisions mattering much.chem light wrote...
I wonder if whether or not you gave the SB those Cerberus files in ME1 will come into play.

Liara is clearly using her Omni-tool to scan a body. If I were to guess, and based on her expression, it's either Feron or something related to him. If I were to go into wild speculation, I'd wonder if the Shadow Broker is doing something with organic tissue. Perhaps an organic computer system is the secret to his success? Is he an organic AI?
Or perhaps he is studying biotics? And that is how the changes to the Adept will be made?

Cinematic biotic displays. FTW. And if you look closely; it's another dead asari. Illium again. I wonder if they will keep Liara's biotic powers at the level they were in Redemption.

It's looking like LET was right. It looks like Liara's going to be a squadmate temporarily for this mission. I am so happy to have been wrong. As it looks right now, that is. And really cool-looking clouds.
But I have one wondering; why is it that I look at the background and think "Virmire"? It's weird.
LIARA!

Liara's lab coat is extremely badass looking. And with shin gaurds? It's like her armor and her lab clothes mated.
Well, one has to wonder what those amorous clothes of theirs got up to whilst they were... vacant...

Don't worry about people like chem light. They usually need that to pump up their self-esteem or they use it to try to make your arguments look invalid. It's a trick. Most of the time they can't be helped. They know what they are doing and they know that people don't like it. It gives them a kick. It's sad really.hamtyl07 wrote...

nothing says he's on a same planet. maybe we'll get a few investigative missions on Illium and then go to this 'Lair' of his
