I hope ME2 isn't going to go the way of DA:O and only have DLC with the female LI's. Made me a sad panda that there will be no Zevran DLC and now I fear that there will probably be no Kaiden DLC.

I hope they will make a Kaidan (Ashley) DLC too, with the chance to continue the Kaidan (Ashley) Romances same way than the Liara Fans can do with this DLC.

Indeed!  I hope and even believe the next big DLC will involve Ashley/Kaiden.  As much as I love Liara, they deserve a place in the spotlight too.

Yes, but no details on what it will entail.  I'm cautiously omptimistic as that was a selling point for ME2 as well.

Remember both of Liara's parents where matriarchs "after" she was born. And In ME1 Cap. Anderson says that the Shadow Broker is a "resent development" to galactic politics. Liara also said that her mother never spoke of her mate and that she felt saddend by the break up. Look at the bartenders views on how the Asari should be raiseing their daughters to work at a trade or profession not striping or freelanceing as a merc. And what did our blue skinned doe eyed little info broker do BEFORE she started threatening to filette people with her mind? She was an ARCHAEOLOGIST. Ofcorse Mom won't let the public know that her kids "father" was the laughing

stock of the Asari council on Thecia she herself was about to join,lady Banezia was a Shrewd woman. She did not want her childs father not be known because of the fact not just who its was,but also what she was. I.E. an another Asari. Pure Bloods are not looked at kindly.

There's these things called sound files that are stored on your game disc.....really wird and shocking I know......that contain quite a few of the pre-recorded dialogue performed for this DLC where both Shepard and Liara clearly identify the shadow broker as male. You know....just like Kasumi's voice files were on the disc and were found looooooooooooo.....

....ooooooooooooooooooooooo.....

...ooooooooooong before we got the actual DLC.

I'm hoping the the big surprise is a nice epilogue scene at the end in Shep's cabin.

Really, I don't think the Shadow Broker is a being from the Citadel Space. I can plainly imagin it to be a synthetic being or some sort of Hybrid like the Colectors or the Keepers. Repurposed living beeing. Since nobody met the Shadow Broker in person, It could even be an AI spying fro the reapers. Just an other way to monitor the galactic civilisation.
