Liara DLC FTW!!!! Now all we need is an Illusive Man one
I wouldn't be surprised if we did get a DLC tying up the loose ends with Cerberus and the Illusive Man.

The pink colour was actually Liara's lipstick, whereas the blue is her natural lip colour!

Just tell yourself those were cut files and will not be used in the DLC.

Only Soundfiles I ever listened to where the ones of Kasumi before her DLC was out, and they didn't reveal much, at least as far as I recall...

Yes and if you destroyed the Collector Base, your decisions should be reflected in this DLC.

Yep I bit the bullet and listened to them, I really really hope they are not going to be used in the DLC. If they are and they sound like "what they sound like" then there will be a few people wanting to "flay Bioware with their mind" so to speak
Ah well we will know in little over a week what the reality of it all will be.

Let me first start to say im really looking forward to the new Dlc as i'm playing this game from the beginning.ten day's to go if i'm not mistaken! (happy face)
Now! i'm thinking how this Dlc will go, this is not the right place for it to descuss it but i can't make a new topic. My appologies for that. And my spelling
Now thats that lets talk a bit about the new Dlc, Bioware is saying this
We are pleased to announce this morning that the next Mass Effect 2 DLC episode The Lair of the Shadowbroker will be available on the PC and Xbox 360 on Tuesday September 7 and will cost 800 BioWare/Microsoft points. Not only is this an excellent adventure through Illium and the shadowbroker's secret lair, this new DLC will add the Shadow Broker intel center, new research, and five new achievements – and give fans from Mass Effect 1the chance to continue a relationship with Liara.
This means that:
ýou can go for your relationship again with liara
new research
new achievements
but the most importend part that i kept reading over it
this new DLC will add the Shadow Broker intel center.
Now for me i think for 70% the story is a bit clear.
Liara and your team will go to Illium and kick the crap out of the shadowbroker, as we all have no clue who that is..... but i believe its the admiral from mass effect 1.. we will conquer the shadowbroker lair and voila! its going to be the new homebase of liara. yes boy's and girls. liara is going to stay. As she will find a lot of stuff in the archieves of the shadowbroker database. ( i believe its someting like this) I wish liara will join your cause with you on the ship. But i believe bioware has a big plan for liara in mass effect 3. She will profide you with intel. as i believe she will be your personal shadowbroker in the end
The shadowbrokers base will also be included on the mass effect 2 starmap and you can visit it every time you want. if you wanna make love with her.talk to her.
Now im just a person that think this will happen. I would like to know your opion about this. Do you guy's and girls ofcourse really believe that liara will join you after the DLC?
Let me know

Do you realize that she's 105(103 in me1) and Matron stage starts when she's 300.kraidy1117 wrote...
Plus if her intentions are to become the new SB it would explain why she wants to be a matron more quickly. If a maidan was a SB, no one would take it seruily(sp) but if a matron is, she will be able to command respect.jlb524 wrote...

I still think she looks diffrent because she is coming close to becoming a matron and looking more like her mother, a healthy version of her.LesEnfantsTerribles wrote...
Come to think of it, there is the possibility that, due to the fact that the DLC is likely to be set post-suicide mission, the intention is that Liara's new character model is a conscious design choice to illustrate how her extensive guilt, grief, suffering and stress has affected her physical appearance to an even greater degree at the time of the DLC mission content. It could be an intentional artistic direction in order to illustrate the extent of her suffering.
I still think that the differences in the two character models is incredibly jarring, but it's possible.
Not just healthier, but younger. I can see the resemblence between the two more now, that's for sure.
I really don't think Liara is far from her matron stage, as I feel she will choose to enter it early for some reason. This reason may not be just to have children, but there may be other advantages of being a Matron over a Maiden...perhaps she's now more focused and her biotics improve? Perhaps she would gain more respect in asari society? Etc...

Liara was 106 in ME and is 108 in ME2 and an Asari can enter matron stage when they are ready.
