anyone know if SB is bridge dlc to ME3..... that would be awesome if it is......
I just hope Liara acknowledges me.....not like the reunion on Illium
Saw a dev post saying it was to be the first of the bridging DLC. Don't know if this is true, or what they considered bridging DLC, but this is what I saw.
IF it truely is a bridging DLC then it would take place after the SM, and Liara MAY become a squadmate, since the option to kill her in the SM would then be gone.
Can't wait until it comes out to find out!!!
A dev posted that?
Can anyone confirm this?
As you can see from the quote, it doesn't really specify when this DLC takes place. The expansion towards ME3 can, after all, plotwise take place even before the suicide mission.
We'll see!

I know I am not supposed to give away secrets in teh game, but here it goes.
The Shadowbroker is:
a) A SalarianA Volus
C) Conrad Werner
D) An Asari
E) Something oe someone else
And I promise you that is 100% true. Now never say I don't tell you stuff.
Well Chris since the only one you mention by name rather than race is Conrad Verner then the only possible answer has to be Conrad Verner. It wouls be so hillarious if you guys managed to pull it off in a completely serious manner lol.
Yeah.. and ever notice he spelled Verner with a W lol

Even if it's bridging DLC it doesn't necessarily mean that it takes place after suicide mission."Bridging" just means it expands ME2 story in preparation for ME3.For example:let's say that Shadow Broker's intel center will be very important in ME3,they are using this DLC to explain how we got it in the first place. And one more thing:if you check Normandy you will notice that after getting Zaeed and Kasumi there's no more free space left on the ship.
As your character stay faithly to Liara, she will be sitting at Captain's Quarter.
Only if you romanaced with her in ME.

The only news I'm looking for now is if this DLC is post-Suicide mission only or not. Other than that...I don't want to know. Spoilers are bad!!!
Apart of me hopes it isn't post-suicide mission.

But then that means you won't be seeing Liara till after you beat the game for all playthroughs, and when you do get her, there's nothing to do.

Yes, this.
The Omega 4 relay picture scene wouldn't make much sense if it happened pre-suicide mission either.

You could save all the N7 missions, plus DLC missions like Overlord until after LotSB. Plus, there will be more DLC in the future.

Liara though, I actually can see working in the Laboratory with Mordin, since she's a scientist anyway. There's definitely room on the other end of the lab for someone else. That's just my take on it.

I'm not so sure. Sure, you'll be able to continue the romance, but I'm sure you'll still be away from her in a way. Who knows.

Oh come on...There is plenty of room left. First of all there are two toilets in the Crew's Quarters. And there's one in the Captain's Cabin, where you could go anytime you want to bang Liara without anyone knowing it. If you lost someone in the suicide mission you have a spare room for her and there is of course a spare tank left by Grunt. Like I said...plenty of room.
No. She's not going in your room, since that's unfair to the ME2 LI's. Unless she's in the Cargo Hold, she's not living on the Normandy.

'LI' is Lame Interation.[smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/angel.png[/smilie] Or it could mean Lucky Individual. Or perhaps just Love Interrest. You name it.[smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/wink.png[/smilie]

Yes, but what makes the Omega scene so poignant is that the romance is in a troubled state. I'm thinking this DLC will at least get the romance headed back in the 'non-troubled' direction, so the Omega scene just won't mean as much, IMO.

Must admit that I'd almost given up on BioWare, especially after DA2's announcement, DA:O's recent DLC releases (which interest me as much as something that's not very interesting) and so on, but this DLC does sound pretty cool. It's a high price, but one I think I'm willing to pay. I just bought Overlord, Aegis and Firepower for a new playthrough, and I'll wait to see when we can do LotSB (i.e. after the conclusion of the story or if we can do it before) before I decide to wrap up that particular character.
