Interesting. CoH/CoV had a mission maker for players. It sounds like they may be applying the same concept here.
I do find it quite amusing to see them using the term "persistant world" over and over again and not using the term "MMO" on their website (it is mentioned in the article but in reference to Cryptic's other games. Plus the "toolset" part. It makes it clear that they are trying to market it to us (NWN1/NWN2 players).
