I have chosen evil alignment for monk but after realised that he uses vampiric touch instead of DUHM which really sucks. I already got so far currently lvl 14 dont wanna restart again, i remember that we could change alignment at the end of SOA, so if i become good do i get draw upon holy might?

In the vanilla game you can only change to evil.
Even if you could change for good, there is no way to restore your Bhaalpowers after Irenicus steals them.
The Ascension mod offers a casting of DUHM for one of the trials in ToB.

I believe you can remove your innate abilities and add new ones using shadowkeeper, but I've never done so, myself. You'll also be able to edit your reputation and alignment.
