Kinda weird they don't specify the minimum requirements for the camera.
And I also wonder how everyone uploads the pictures, because I use imageshack and paste the link in the case.

In the past, I have asked about the maximum MB size that I can send them...they never respond to that question. They only say that the originals, or even those I have already significantly reduced are "too big". If you ever find out the maximum file size you can send, please please post it!

Hey Guys- I'm looking into min file size, but the smaller the better. I'll let you know when I have an answer. First round of replacement will be entered today. If we're still waiting on you for photos or other information please start to provide that as we'd like to have all of the replacements out this week.
Side note on the photo some people have sent us link to their flickr accounts or similar sites. That works too.

Incomplete information? I was told by a member of his customer service team that this was the reality. Sorry for assuming a customer service rep would know better.
