Hey guys. I'm considering ordering a couple of ME2 items (I FRIGGIN DIG THE TEAM POSTER) off of the Store but I'm located in the UK and would like to know what the the P+P would cost to ship the items here.

Shipping starts at $13 USD and increases based on weight. That doesn't count any customs charges that may be applied. Not sure how that works in the UK or else where. I don't think every order get checked our charged, but its something to keep in mind.

You're kidding right? I've complained to royal mail about it and got nowhere.
Every single occasion, be it single lithographs, 2 lithographs, nor anything else from the bioware store (apparell etc). Minimum £10 charge.

Some packages are checked, some are not. No matter the value. Duties depend on the current exchange rate. This differed a lot in the past for the Pound Sterling. For single lithos, no VAT applies most of the time. (At least, no amount that is recognized as being worth collecting. Offices collect nothing at all below a minimum or collect the minimum itself.)
This is regulated by EU standards, so even if UK has different VAT rates and a different currency, the procedure system is the same as in Germany. The minimum may differ. So I dare to answer though I'm not an inhabitant of the UK.
