So here's what happened:

A few months ago I ordered an N7 hoodie, when it came I realized it was too small
So I exchanged it for a larger size, which I just received today.

However, the quality for the hoodie seems to have gone down A LOT.  It is extremely thin and nothing like the first hoodie I received.

I understand that if they indeed switched suppliers then I'm out of luck, but I'm hanging on to a small shred of hope that they still have the better quality hoodies in stock.

Okay, that's cool but I would like to know what happened next... was it normal? The hoodie's fabric never changed? I want more details of this story because I ordered a hoodie a few days ago and you got me worried now... lol...

I just got a N7 hoody today, it's a Small... and unfortunately it's too small  It looks like I would need a medium. Is it a big problem to get an exchange?
The problem for me is the sizing difference between the US and the UK - a Large US doesn't equate to a Large UK, and so on, so it can get confusing.

One thing I noticed is my hoody has a Bioware logo on the left sleeve, whereas the website photo didn't. I prefer the 'cleaner' look (i.e. without the logo) as it looks like an item that you'd find in Shepard's wardrobe.
Are there any logo-less ones left in stock? (Don't get me wrong, I love Bioware, but it looks more like an in-game item without the text!)
Incidentally, I ordered a N7 hoody for one of my friends earlier this
year, it didn't have the Bioware text.

Here are the quick details. We received a few boxes of Charcoal Hthr hoody that were 8.5 ounces verus the 12.5 that we normally use. The hoody construction and printing is the same its just a lighter weight. Since the boxes were mixed in there were a few produced and shipped that are lighter then our blank we use. With the exception of these few boxes all hoodys are the normal weight.

Just wanted to publicly thank Jed and the crew for sorting my hoody situation - they went above and beyond the call of duty - best customer service I have ever seen!

I'm thinking about getting one, I'd like a little more info about this though...

If I get one, it'll be a medium--can I be guaranteed I'll get a heavier one? Do they all have the bioware logo now, or just that lighter batch? I don't really want it if it's going to have the logo on the sleeve.

The logo is definately a poor design decision, mine is the older one and does not have that logo. It looks way too distracting to have the logo right there, why not put it somewhere on the back of the hoody like with the t-shirts. Is Bioware so desperate for attention that they need too make their logo more visible or as visible as the hoody design.

Joking aside, it definately looks thinner.  Even the drawstrings on the hood and stiching on the pockets are different from mine.

BioWareStore Jedi, do all the n7 hoodies now come with the Bioware logo on the sleeve? I didn't see a response to this question yet and the pictures on the Bioware Store are showing that nothing is on the sleeve.

I plan on order this hoodie this week but really hope that the logo isn't on the sleeve as pictured in the OP.

Got a response from Jedi.  He said all the ones in stock currently have the logo on the sleeve, but they are going to make it tonal in the next restock.

I guess i can manage do without the N7 hoodie until the next restock =P
