Inspired by the challenges that were made back in 2009 (6 character team challenge and Halloween challenge), before even the game release and when we only had the character creator to create faces, I've decided to launch a new contest, to see what our nice community can now do.
Being the 2009 winner of the Team challenge, I guess it's time for me to give my virtual crown to another. So...
Here is an unofficial Character creation challenge!
Following the theme of the first 6 character team challenge as originally defined by Anacronian Stryx, here is what you have to do:
Construct an album of 6 Characters of the three races and all the origins(1 Human Female 1 Human male (Mage and Noble)/ 1 Dwarven Female 1 Dwarven male (commoner and Noble)/ 1 Elven Female 1 Elven male(Mage,City or Dalish must be two out of the three) and we'll vote on who has the best group.
It is not a "pretty" contests but more of an "whos got the best group of individuals" kind of contest.
EDIT: you can also use a character from Awakening, that would then replace his/her same sex same race counterpart of an Origins story.
Rules are simple!
- Create an album with your six characters, and post the link to this album in this thread. Example album is my previous challenge album here, so you can get an idea, but don't hesitate to be original, mods allow much more creativity than what I was able to do before game release with just the original CC. Please, to ease browsing the albums, post just one pic per character, and you're also allowed to post one or two group/team shots.
- Anyone can create an album and submit it.
- No portraits but only ingame or CC screenshots. Please, try to focus the picture on the face of your characters, that's what people will be voting on.
- Use of mods and toolset is allowed, but not mandatory (so everyone, even beginners, can join this challenge).
- Votes will be open during 48 hours after I give the top! Expect it to begin on the 17th of September and end on the 18th or 19th! If there are many submissions, maybe I'll extend the vote duration to a week, still beginning on the 17th of Sept.
- Everyone will be able to vote, and give his/her favorite album once the submission time will be closed. At that time, I'll close this thread, create a list of all competitors, and post it in a new thread for people to start voting. You can edit your albums all the time before the votes begin.
- The top 3 winners getting on the podium will win virtual cookies and community glory !
OK, as I am the creator of this challenge, I will not submit any picture to vote and will not vote myself!

HOW TO TAKE SCREENSHOTS:
- you are lucky and it works perfectly, so inside CC or ingame, you press the impscreen button, and the screenshot appears in the Document/Bioware/DragonAge/Screenshots/User file. Open it with paint, resize it, and post it to your albums here to share them on BSN.
- the feature above does not work, try impscreen, and then, open paint, go to the task bar, and choose paste. Normally, the last screenshot taken with imprscreen button will appear.
- or, even easier, use FRAPS.
HOW TO CREATE THE ALBUM.
Go to Mycontent(on the left, under your profile pic)/album, click create new album, name it. Now you can enter it, click add new photos, and upload pics to the album. Just be careful to resize the pics, there is a size limit to the pictures. You can easily reduce pics by using paint.
