I just ran into a rather embarassing problem, I am unable to create a new char, or begin a new story (DA:A) until I delete other "charachters" from my saves. Total memory iisn't an issue as my HD still has 9GB left of storage.
After doing everything I could think of (I even tried u,d,u,d,l,r,l,r,b,a,b,a,sel, start on the game save screen) I can't for the life of me figure out how to delete some of my older and (throwaway) saves.
halp?
How do I delete DA game saves

You have to do it by the Xbox 360 memory settings outside the game.
In My Xbox go all the way to the right, select it, then memory, then HD, then Games and find Dragon Age. You should find your saves there. ( I think that's the path, if not it's very close to it as I'm doing from memory)

And if you want to delete specific saves, they have the date saved in the file name. I think it goes year, month, day, time

Yes, still BioWare should add this this function instead of making players go to Systems Settings/Memory/Games/Dragon Age: Origins/ to delete save games/characters.
It would make it way easier to delete characters or specific saves.
Because right now I just find it annoying.
