I need to ask you guys a favor please!, I bought game at best buy back in dec.  of 09.  I installed it, but since then reformatted, and i went to reinstall game.  When the cd key registration came up, i coudln't find cd key, all i have is manual and an alienware insider offer.  I contacted EA support for help with this problem, they said cd key is on back of manual, i said it is not on back of my manual.  So he accused me of buying a pirated copy, and i said would best buy really sell pirated copies?  he said no, but i bought a pirated copy.  So was wondering if you guys could look at the back of your ME1 manual and tell me if cd key is there? or if it is somewhere else.  i know in some games it does come on a loose piece of paper or some where else.  I know i did buy game at best buy, and i know i installed it originally in late dec and played it fine.  But now i can't find registration key at all, or somehow i never got one, and the game never asked me for one first time installed, is that possible?  Any help would be appreciated.

Cd-key is behind the manual in both ME1 & ME2 boxes(doubled checked my own).

Someone showed me this link, in there it is said by a bioware employee that some of the cd keys r on a slip of paper inserted into case, could that not of been the same for my copy?

I found my CD key, it is on a White slip of paper, not the MANUAL, and was tucked away in corner of my desk, not in the game case
