I've had this trouble once before when I first purchased ME2 but was easily solved by clearing the system cache and re-installing ME2 onto the HDD. This time, I cannot fix the problem whatsoever. I have been connected to CN all this time without incident, but now I cannot connect at all following the events described below.
It happened about a week ago, I was playing ME2 and it prompted me to select a save device (USB or HDD), so I decided to select HDD and remove the USB so I wouldn't be prompted again later on. I was brought back to the main menu and received a message indicating there was a change to sign-in profile (or something to that degree). So, I signed back in and noticed I was no longer connected to CN. I pressed (Y) and it prompted me to enter my activation code. So I did and it said it was already in use...makes sense since I used it already to activate CN when I first got the game.
I cleared my system cache and re-installed both ME2 disks on my HDD, signed back in and found I still couldn't connect to CN. So I checked my EA profile, says my e-mail wasn't verified; so I verified my e-mail. Back on my xbox, I checked my download history and noticed it there isn't a download for CN, which would make sense since I used an activation code. I checked my registered promotions on this site and CN doesn't appear, so I tried using my activation code here and it says it's already in use.
So if I can't re-download CN, how do I activate it again so I can finally get it to work again on my profile. I WILL NOT PAY 1200 POINTS TO RE-INSTALL SOMETHING I ALREADY BOUGHT.

I clearly have downloaded the free DLC from CN, so why can't I connect to the network anymore? I have the CN access card in front of me that I used to originally download it. How the hell do I fix the problem?
My gamertag is linked to my EA profile and proper e-mail address, I tried re-downloading the "free" content available from CN, but nothing is working for me. Are EA's servers down or is the service Bioware provides really all that terrible?

i've recommened this quick fix courtesy of PHub88 b4 and it works for some people and not others but it might be worth a try. go to xbox consol, system setting and check the time. reset/set time if you find it is off by even a minute. try game again. i hope this works for you as it did for me.

I checked the time and reset it, though it was already set correctly. I STILL cannot access the CN to this date, how is this in any way shape or form acceptable for the consumer (ie. me). I've paid for content that I cannot use through any fault of my own. I'm actually surprised there has not been a fix already or an official statement about this. I know I'm not the only one having this problem but it continues to be ignored.
Does anyone know of a fix for this problem aside from FlyersAvsGirl's suggestion?
