Please don't lay on thick angst with Ashley and Kaidan. Yes, there's issues with Shepard coming back to life, but they're adults and able to get past their issues. They don't need Shepard to fix them, and that's what I loved about them in the first game.

DLC would be appropriate to fix or end the relationship once and for all with Kaiden. I see Shepard helping the with a mission that Ash/Kaiden failed at and Shepard is the only one who can clean up the mess. Shepard must get the job done for an ex even though they might not completely trust Shepard. If ME3 is the last, ( I hope this isn't so), but if it is,Ii don't want to spend the entire time rebuliding trust between the battles. I did that in ME1. I want to start and end the trilogy with Kaiden at my side.
We have plenty of time before the release of ME3. I hope they make this happen.

You will also confront/be confronted by at least three of these obligatory antagonists:
Your former ally who supposedly "died" and was forgotten about, until much later in the game when he/she shows up again on the villain's side and full of bitterness.
NO THANK YOU PLEAST JUST NO BIOWARE. D:

Female Shepards should be give a chance to talk things out with their former LI. I think females were short changed in the LI department in ME2. I didn't not like Jacob at all. Kaiden finally showed up on horzion only to break my heart. Thane was romanced during my second playthrough, but he is dying. (So not fair!!!!!) I didn't romance any of the females.

FemShep was defintely short-changed in the love interest department in ME2, you had a choice between a lizardman, an insectman and Jacob - and I never could bring myself to romance Jacob!
No, my canon FemShep remains faithful to Kaiden, and hopes for a payoff in DLC or ME3, or both, both would be nice!

I have a FemShep, but she never romanced Kaiden (well, he's dead) or any of the LI options.Mind you, I did do an exploration outcome (which I didn't save) to find out which one my Shepherd would have ended up with if I'd chosen to pursue that relationship. And I was quite surprised to find out who it was:
Garrus Vakarian.
I was expecting Thane Krios, since I spoke to him most of all.
But to get back on track, I'd expect some big payoff in the LI department, if you stayed faithful that is!
They did talk about how choosing a new LI in ME2 would have repercussions in ME3.
It would be interesting if we got to see the effects of that early in a VS DLC.
Hmm, now I'm wondering if that means we're certain to see the VS in ME3.
If that was your ME1 LI, could that mean they'll be certain to return?
You can't have a confrontation over cheating on them if they're not there!
Mind you, I'd expect Bioware to tie that into potential recruitment, if you cheated on them, they might not trust you enough to rejoin your crew.

Like everyone else, I'll make a wish. ^ ^
Just because everything I want has already been mentioned, it is useless to repeat.
What I would like to me is that Ashley exchange of armor. Sorry but it has been two years since our last meeting. She has certainly evolved, changed, matured, with more experience though after the battle of the citadel.
We saw Liara with a new look, adding to the impression that she had changed, it must be the same for Ashley.
I do not want to see this armor she wears pink and white still remember that Horizon and the beginning of M1, on Eden Prime. Similarly for Kaidan of course. To show that two years have passed, it would be cool to make her wear other armor custom.
If it was already said, sorry.

The topic has come up, Sylvianus, but it's always good to know that people are having similar ideas as to what they want.
Also, welcome to the thread

It doesn't matter if the topic is old or new, discussion of Ashley or Kaidan in DLC is always welcome.
I agree with what you said. Although I really do like Kaidan's armor from Horizon. But I think Ashley needs new armor.

Oh, I know this is not part of the Virmire Survivor discussion but I made a little thread here about a possible "All is Lost!" ending for ME3, similar to how you can get everyone killed in ME2's Suicide Mission. Check it out and do not hesitate to make comments at the thread! People's opinions on it so far have been great!

Nah just invert the colour scheme; more hot pink so someone can call her girly and she can rip their freaking head off. I do agree, no Phoenix armor for Kaidan that's just wrong.
I guess it's a sad day that my only wish for Kai/Ash DLC is that we get Kai/Ash DLC.

Everyone had it!
I'd like to see Ashley wearing that armor again or an updated variation thereof.
I'd also like to see a return of the "formfitting armor".
I can't speak to the degree of accuracy of my next statement, since I've only used one type of armor in the game (look to the left to see it!).
It seems all the special armors (Inferno, Terminus, Cerberus etc) are rather masculine in body shape. I.E: if a FemShep wears it, she doesn't look much different to a MaleShep.
The Collector armor and the ingame shop/default armors are the only ones that match the bodyshape of the wearer.
Preferably, I'd like to see a whole new "heavy armor" created for Ashley.
The kind of suit that tells you if you start shooting at this woman, she's going to shrug it off and shoot you back.
The only pink on it should be the blood of her enemies when she's done wading through the corpses.
As for Kaiden, well, pink and white armor on him is even more of a crime!

I agree with everything said here.
Especially the last line.

Plus, Colossus armor is fugly.
Just cause she wears pink doesn't mean she can't kick ass!

Colossus Armor on Ash (or any female) is downright sexy.
Except Heavy Colossus; that I admit is fugly.

No doubt about it.
But I would prefer that BioWare leave that poignant decision from ME1 alone.
