And, please, no Barbie Armor for the VS. Seeing Kaidan dolled up in that armor at the beginning of ME2 almost made me choke.

Ash: Eh , should we storm the BioWare Headquater?
Kaidan:
I hope there will be finally a announcement after the DA2 release, the waiting cracks me up

"Ultimate Sacrifice", huh?
I don't like the sound of that one bit. I'm guessing "Arrival" refers to the Reapers arriving from darkspace.

Hmmm it could mean reaper arrival, but it seems a lil premature. Maybe long awaited VS arrival

Relax...Ashley and Kaidan are safe until ME3.
I posted this in the other thread:
------------------------------------------------------------------
Ashley or Kaidan will not die in this DLC, as the ME1 love interests are being saved for ME3. This is the reason as to why Shepard was not able to recruit them for the Collector Base mission.
Interview with Casey Hudson.
Right. And I read one thing online where you said love interests in the game are not recruitable for this mission. Why is that?
The Mass Effect 1 love interests aren't. So that's Liara, Kaiden and Ashley. They're in the story but they don't join the team for that reason. Some people are worried that we don't care about those characters, but it's actually the opposite. We care about them so much that we want to make sure they survive this suicide mission.

Oh, and notice the lack of a ""Reminisce with Ash/Kaidan on the Normandy" achievement.

Amanda Kenson, the subject of the last CDN and rescuing her (according to the description on my PS3 trophies) I would *guess* nothing to do with Ash or Kaidan.

That would be amazing, wouldn't itFiery Phoenix wrote...
As I just said in the original thread, this doesn't sound like the kind of DLC that will involve the Virmire Survivor in it, which, while disappointing, is fine by me, as it's definite that we will reunite with them in ME3 anyway. However, this DLC does seem like a great opportunity to finally meet Admiral Hackett in person.

The Alliance is based on Arcturus Station.
Dr. Kenson is from the University of Arcturus.
What have we been asking for in the next DLC?
1) To feature the Alliance
2) To see Arcturus Station
3) That there would be something to do with the Reaper threat
This sounds like it's tying in together nicely. All we need is Ashley and Kaidan featured in it.
I don't mean to get hopes up with my optimism, but I think this could be the DLC we've been wanting!

Looks like BioWare has some 'splaining to do
This leak was probably intentional, and they are probably looking/reading this thread and smiling at how everyone is so excited.
No and Yes
More info as soon as I get a green light from PR and Marketing I promise! (it's a holiday here today)
I guess we'll know more soon, one way or the other.

As a (possibly very strange) point of view, I actually don't want to know (yet) whether or not Arrival has Ashley or Kaidan included. Why?
I have every intention of playing it, regardless. Full respect to you, Chignon, for boycotting it if it doesn't have A/K, but I won't be joining you.
Thing is, that if it DOES have A/K, then I'll be over the moon when I meet them in the DLC, which will just make the DLC experience that much better. Just imagine - getting an email from Hackett, Anderson, maybe even TIM (grr) telling you to go down to the surface. Once you're down there, you meet Ashley or Kaidan. And you didn't know whether or not to expect it.
Maybe I'm being stupidly optimistic, but right now I want to retain that piece of doubt, just so that I can have it quenched in the best possible manner.
Of course, the result of this is that I now *only* want to know the release date, nothing more.
Oh, and expect to hear me yelling, LOUDLY, if I turn out to be wrong and only find out by having played it. Especially if this gets confirmed as the last ever ME2-DLC.
*Disappears*

I hope it does feature Ashley/Kaidan. And the remaining one dies. Loose thread trimmed!
