I doubt ash/kaidan will be in ME3 at this point...maybe another go f yourself cameo...and an email... but not much in way of meaningful interaction...

Thanks to everyone who posted in this wonderful thread. Bioware may not have given us Ashley or Kaidan in ME2 DLC, but the thread has given them plenty of suggestions for their introduction and role in ME3.

If nothing else, now BioWare knows the VS is not just another uncared for character. We just need to keep pushing until ME3.

Well, it could be turned into a thread of suggestions for what we'd like to see regarding these characters in ME3. A lot of what's been said already applies, even if we'd like much more screentime for these characters in the context of a whole game vs. a two-hour DLC.Brodyaha wrote...

The purpose of this thread hasn't really changed, it's just the matter of another waiting game till ME3 comes out or at least some details about em before hand like in an E3 trailer or something.

One interesting tidbit: after seeing Hackett's message, Kelly told me I get a message from Anderson. He is referred to as, "Admiral." However, Anderson's message *wasn't* checked.
But besides the demo, I did not see any indications that Ashley and Kaidan would not be featured at some point in Arrival.
The only word I have is of Kristine Steimer's from IGN, and I tweeted her to ask if it was Jesse who told her, or what she perceived in the demo. She might not answer.
So, let's wait until Tuesday to see how things develop.

Kristine has always been a big Ash/Kaidan fan. Hopefully, she let Jesse know how unhappy she was about their absence from Arrival.

We're not 100% sure that the VS survivor is not in Arrival. Only the first mission has been viewed so they may come in the end to save Shepard's ass or something.

The article says no plot spoilers, but telling me the VS isn't in it certainly spoiled it for me!
