If Ash and Kaidan get their DLC, I'd love to see Bioware using "Vigil" or some variation of it as the soundtrack. I liked that they used it on Horizon - it made me feel quite nostalgic.

i can't stand to see that LOTSB was a final product even though Bioware said it wasn't but no word on any new DLCs for ME2. It feels like they really don't give a damn about us players despite they say they do but they don't show it. All they care about is the release of DA2 and ME2 for PS3 and that's what really grinds my gears.<_<

Chill my friend. No one said it was the last, and with the release of the PS3 version of ME2 incoming they will wait until it is finished before releasing any new info on new DLC. Please remember that when news broke on Lair of the Shadow Broker that it was 2 months after that before we got any more info and people everywhere ****ed about that. My guess is that they don't want to repeat that mistake and will wait until their DLC is close to being finished before releasing any info, and from a business point of view, having new DLC ready in a short span of time close to the PS3 release would be a good thing.

I presume they will release it and more dlc after the PS3 release of ME2. Whatever dlc Bioware puts out now they would have to give to the PS3 fans for free. Maybe release day of the PS3 they might put something out, something the 360, PC and PS3 lot will all have to pay for.

Since when has Bioware ever focused more than the next event for the franchise in its announcements?

It's not like people knew about LOTSB, or the Weapons Packs, or the Appearance Pack, or Kasumi, or Zaeed before the previous DLC had already come and gone.

It would be nice to have DLC featuring more diverse scripting for the two characters. Perhaps if they're feeling ambitious they could have different missions for either character, each involving their past.

This would be great.   I would really like a diverse script for the two characters, but I'd also like to be able to do the mission with either one.  Just have some dialogue change depending on which one you take with you.

Two missions, focusing on something from their past would be most wonderful.  Something with Ash's family and maybe Kaidan's BAaT camp.  Or just something that comes up about the Virmire mission, which would work for both of them.  Two missions would be so much better though, as long as they are both like the shadow broker in depth and interest.

1. Admiral Hackett must make a voiced appearance, on screen or no.

2. There should be a Hammerhead sequence with Ashley/Kaiden making obligitory comparisons to the Mako.
"Wow. Ten seconds and your driving hasn't made me throw up. I'm glad you replaced the Mako."
"I take it back! Who designed the armor on this thing?"

Hackett! Mako references! I'd love to see that.

Seems like it, Ruby. I just wish we'd get a simple "Yes" or "No" regarding a VS DLC.

I'm with you on that Chignon. I know they say that no news is good news but, this just plain old sucks. Is it just me or has the forums been really quiet lately, or is everyone still trying to figure out what that teaser trailer is? Posted Image

I have nothing new to say on the DLC matter, except the same old thing: I want it.  :?

BioWare knows we want it, they know what a lot of people want based on the OP, and they know we want to see it soon.

I think a lot of people are antsy by this point, and/or we know that there's not going to be an answer for a while.  At least until we find out what those odd barcodes are.

That little bit of a teaser they showed for the new BioWare game for the VGA's in Dec.

Don't know if its been said before, but of course there was NO WAY BioWare would release the DLC before the PS3 launch.

They want to release it a little while AFTER the PS3 launch so the PS3 folks can buy it when it comes out on the PSN. Simple economics and marketing.

Especially since the PS3 version gets all the DLC released up to this point for free.

You're probably right, smithgroup.

I guess I'd just like to see some sort of clarification from BioWare - as I said, a simple "Yes" or "No" would be appreciated.

I definitely hear ya' there. Still, we all know how well Bioware can hold on to its little secrets. :P Oh, by the way, 553 members for the Kaidan and Ashley DLC Support Group. :)
