They have said that the interactive comic will include all the "major" choices from ME1 and I would think that love interests and deciding who lives and dies on Virmire would fall under that category.
Probably. Although I feel that a little comic wont give the PS3 fans the chace to realy get to know and like Ash and Kaidan, it will be better than them just judging them by Horizon though, lol.

I wonder if they will get slightly different dialogue n the PS3 interactive comic? If so the old ME1 squads voice actors would all return to record new lines....The perfect time to record lines for up and coming dlc, dont you think?
edit: I was meant to edit not quote my post, lol.

Do you think it will include the romances too? I know i can just play the first game but that sounds interesting...
I cannot say for certain, however I recall reading the comic is essentially a brief recap of the first game that does not exceed an hour overall. I imagine it will include the Wrex, Rachni and Council decisions at the forefront, however they mat opt to disregard the romance options. Than again, with the LotSB and what romancing Liara changes. They may allow the PS3 to have them, albeit probably in check box-esque fashion.
This could lead PS3ers purchasing Mass Effect for their PC, as the requirements are relatively reasonably and ME2 is certainly enough to push people to experience the whole story properly. Suppose we shall see, although I definitely do not foresee any DLC until Feb. or March.

If they do come out with a Kaidashley DLC. I want the option to kill them for the way they talked to me on Horizon. Nobody talks to me like that. It's unhealthy to be my enemy. I'll let Legion where their skin as human suit so he can blend in better. LOL. Joking on the last one, but serious about stabbing them.
Who let you out of your straight jacket?

CARL, do you recall where one of the BW devs stated that? It would be nice to see it in here. What did he want to see in DLC? Was it in an interview? My brain is fried with history facts, I've forgotten my Kaidan & Ashley ones.

I'll look for it and if I run across it again I'll leave a link for it.

So they've already tied up Liara's end, instead of leaving us hanging earlier. Now who knows what Ash/Kaiden are up to or where they are. And all their fans are wanting to know this, we've been wanting it for a while. Bioware's aware that their fans are somewhat disappointed.
Makes the most sense that they'll make a DLC that will also close the Ash/Kaiden plot going into ME3. It'll be easier on them than thinking of a random way to pop them into ME3 somehow...

And on a completely unrelated to this thread note, there is a support group I joined that supports the idea of A LOT less spoilers to the lead up to ME3.
Thread is here:

And the support group is here: http://social.biowar...oup/3357/#group
Check them out! They're a good read.

2. There should be a Hammerhead sequence with Ashley/Kaiden making obligitory comparisons to the Mako.
"Wow. Ten seconds and your driving hasn't made me throw up. I'm glad you replaced the Mako."

I'd love to see that scene!
Has there been any movement on this or any other DLC?
It seems like there was a ME2 DLC at least once a month, even if it was just weapons, appearance packs or some new armor set.
But I haven't seen anything since Shadow Broker came out.
And I really haven't started the program up again since shortly after getting all the research upgrades.
As for me, Ashley is my number one favorite from ME1.
I'd like her to get at least the same level of treatment Liara did for Shadow Broker.
Maybe it's just me, but they seem to be putting the VS aside a fair bit.
A brief cameo in ME2 is all we get?
They'd better fix that via a DLC or a massive appearance in ME3.
Otherwise there will be a whole lot of game programmer blood in the water.

Also in an interview that I read forgot where but, Casey Hudson said that they were working on a huge DLC for ME2 and that it was going to be about 6 hrs long. Don't know if it will really be that long but, I sure hope it is)
No, that was supposition based on translation errors from a post by a dev about the free DLC (everything released up to this point) packaged with the PS3 version of ME2, which in all totals 6 hours of content. There was also supposed to be a "new mission", I believe, but we've had no details on that.

Nope I'm not talking about the PS3 version. I wish I could remember which forum I clicked on the link from but it had nothing to do with the PS3 release

I put alot of work into building that relationship in Mass Effect 1 (Wrex also, that was my squad, did every mission together), it would feel like I kind of wasted my time if they're not continuing that storyline for them in ME2 outside of a few, again, "Guest Appearances" Ash had better come back. It would be horrible that Liara was the only love interest to return. I liked every asari in the game except her, she was too much like a 16 year old at a sleep over instead of sophisticated archaeologist on a mission.

This has been said before, but I'll go ahead and say it: 1. the Bioware guys have said DLC will become less frequent but with high quality. 2. They are holding off on releasing any new DLC until the release of the PS3 version of ME2. Hope that helps.
That does help somewhat - it's just the lack of any kind of information on the VS except for one tiny, easily missed mention in LotSB that has people on the edge.

It would be a shame for Kaidan and Ash to practically be left out of ME2 and not even get a DLC. Every other character has gotten some kind of mission (besides Wrex I guess), is it really too much to ask for the same treatment for Kaidan and Ash. Maybe I'm just really impatient, I guess all we can do is wait and see.
I think a DLC with Kaidan or Ash would be a great way to introduce the PS3 players to their character, but of course there's the problem of not everybody buying it. So no matter what their going to have to be introduced in ME3 somehow.

That was more or less also my line of thought.
