That's why I'm looking forward to the Kaiden/Ashley DLC: to tie up those loose ends without having to worry about how much time will have passed between ME2 & ME3.

Count me in as a supporter. I would love to get back to the Alliance, and meet my survivor again. :D

Something that I hope will be in the DLC is a way to keep the rivalry of my female, renegade Shepard and Ashley. I just love how the two of them would argue if you were renegade in ME1. Make fun of her religion and poetry, and questioning her every move. I know that my relationship with squadmates doesn't transfer into ME2, but it would be nice if they made the renegade dialouges the same way as in ME1. I really don't want my Shepard to be nice and sweet to Ashley. My Shepard wouldn't have missed missed her and hug her, you know? :D

When they did LOTSB with Liara as a temporary squad mate, they added an old biotic ability as a bonus power. What would you get from Ashley/Kaidan? Would they revamp an old power, cause they are really running out of those. Personally I am hoping for a new Combat bonus ability from Ashley and a Tech from Kaidan (cause, face it, there are too many Bonus Biotic abilities.  Biotics has 5 bonus abilities while tech only has three that are extremely situational, Neural Shock, Energy Drain, and Geth Shield Boost)

Well for me I'm not sure whether or not we will get VS DLC I've adopted a wait and see attitude. However, I am wondering at what point in ME3 will Kai/Ash actually join our squad.

At an early stage of the game? :o much like when Shep meets Tali in Freedom's Progress :)

I am also wondering if we are going to be riding around collecting minerals and doing loyalty missions again and get like an hour long sequence of fighting the reapers. I hope not Posted Image

But, you know what I'm just looking forward to next DLC for ME2 it's been a while and I don't feel like playing again until we get new DLC Posted Image

Hells NO I hope we don't get to do more mineral scanning and I'm hoping that we'll be able to keep what resource we got from ME2. I've got 800.000-something of Iridium already :pinched: the process was

And new briging dlc is always be welcome :) Especially if it's related to the VS ^_^^_^^_^

800,000 units of Iridium?! That's insane! Whew! The Virmire Survivor will be a welcomed DLC but I'm not going to be spending my free time until then mining. Sorry. :P

We discussed this a while back - might have been here, might have been in the Kaidan thread (can't remember).  Of all the suggestions, I believe I liked Sabotage best as a bonus power for Kaidan.  I loved using that in ME1...  Of course, maybe thermal clips make its weapon-overheating aspect redundant now?  But there's still the anti-tech element, which one might extend to biotic implants if one felt it in need of balancing out with a new aspect.

Overlord has been merged with sabotage in ME2, it overheats weapons on the target.

Overlord? You mean Overload? *imagines Kaidan as a man-machine hybrid* :-o

Didn't actually know that, so thanks. Man, I miss Overload and Sabotage. My Infiltrator used to use them all the time in ME1. :-/

I bring potential good news. As I was playing with texMod, etc I discovered the little heads of Kaidan and Ashley - the same ones that are used in HUD for the party members.

That's a good sign right?

And how about this interview right here?  It was gleaned somewhere from the Kaidan or Ashley threads.

Casey Hudson mentions that they're working on DLC!  (around the 2:30--3:00 minute mark)

Not confirmed that it's VS DLC, but we should be hearing about DLC soon enough!

Let's hope it's with Ashley and Kaidan! ^^

I am really anxious to see what they have cooking up. :P

Oh, yeah. 591 members for the Kaiden/Ashley DLC Support Group! Whew! Can we go for 600?! :D

It's up two more now.

I want to shoot for 1000 fans.  Then maybe BioWare will take us seriously?

I'm even more worried now after finding out that they're taking Ashley and Kaidan out altogether of the opening ME2 scene for the PS3 version.  This is because the interactive comic takes place after you die, and before the character creator.

Even less screen time for Ash and Kaidan. That's lovely because Horizon is going to leave such a great impression on the new players!

Thank you, BioWare. Posted Image

Don't worry about it. The intro comic and DLC will correct that no problem.

But... the intro comic is only 15 minutes long and has to handle things more important than romance, like the plot of a full-length game.  :crying:

The other thing is: why would PS3 romancers even be interested in romancing two characters that they barely know within 15 minutes, through a comic book?

And first impressions are everything. If all people know Ashley and Kaidan from are through a comic and spat on Horizon, then that might make people's interests wane.

I'm just hoping the DLC BioWare is working on has a focus on Ashley and Kaidan which fixes that problem a bit.

Well, that was before we knew that BioWare is going to sideline Ash and Kaidan once again with their PS3 version of ME2, Badpie. ):

I don't know. Hidden audio files of Liara was discovered, and then later after that Lair of the Shadow Broker was announced. Makes you wonder.

These look like artifacts from early stages of testing.  Liara, Wrex and both sexes of early ME1 advertising Shepard are there, too.

We had several suggestions for potential areas to explore and play a large role in the DLC:

- Citadel (wards, Presidium, other new areas)

- Virmire

- Jump Zero

- Arcturus Station

- Klencory

Which one of the above is your personal favourite and why do you want to see it?
