This amuses me greatly. *nods* It also makes me sad. NONE OF THIS FOR DLC PLEASE BIOWARE!

Alliance headquarters on Arcturus Station is buzzing about an unusual incident tonight. Information is still sketchy, but it appears asari explorers have alerted Alliance leadership to a previously unknown colony of humans in the Alpha Centauri system.
The asari were monitoringna primitive alien species on a planet in the region when a human party approached and ambushed them, taking at least one asari scientist prisoner. Rather than intervene and potentially inflame the situation, the asari contacted Alliance leadership to maintain peace. But as one Alliance source confided, that’s easier said than done.
The source explained: “The thing is, we can’t find any record of these people. None. So what are they doing out there?” Further details will follow as the situation develops.

Even more than Kaidan, I get perverse pleasure out of dressing Garrus in Pheonix armor.

Maybe the Alliance could send Kaidan or Ash to investigate?

I'm crossing my fingers, or at least hoping that Ash or Kaidan are mentioned in the CDN. Although investigating a human colony is nothing I would've expected from potential DLC.
Maybe Cerberus has something to do with it, assuming it's part of Jesse's next big project?

I don't think there's a precedent for expecting a CDN update to pertain to anything of significance. I would personally disregard this.

Well, ANY DLC announcement would be PS3 related because there will be 3 platforms on which the DLC can be released.

As for some DLC announcements - I hope to have some more news soon. I'm still working with legal and mktg to figure out when and what we can talk about.

I wonder how soon is 'soon'.

Not as soon "really soon" but rather sooner than "later".
Not this month: this is the month of the Cerberus comic and PS3 release.didymos1120 wrote...

Next month is, at best, the month they announce that they have an announcement that the DLC is coming out a month (or two) later.
I'd put money down at no Virmire DLC until spring/summer.

WE NOW HAVE 700 MEMBERS!
Whoop!
Is it just me, or is the group growing faster and faster lately?
Anyway, I just finished replaying Overlord, and I'm planning to replay LotSB tomorrow. And in my opinion, these two DLCs are concrete proof that Bioware really DOES listen to its fans.
(SPOILERS for the two DLCs ahead)
Overlord: We asked for larger environments, sidequests that felt bigger. And a fair number of us missed the vehicle from ME1 - even though the Mako handled like a *****. What did we get? Just that, along with an opportunity to put down Cerberus *again*, which I'm sure all the Alliance fans out there appreciated. Sure, the Hammerhead still had armor thinner than gold leaf, but that only really became apparent against the Cerberus Machine Gun Turrets.
LotSB: Do I really need to praise this one? We asked for Shepard to be more human. A lot of people asked for Liara (I wasn't really among them - after all, they'd already gotten more than us K/A fans!). We asked for Spectres. What did we get? All of that, packaged in the best DLC to date. And an exceptionally personal mission for Shepard, when you think about it.
Oh yeah, and we asked for more ME1 choice references. To which Bioware replied with my favourite Shepard line so far: "I sacrificed hundreds of Human Lives to save the Destiny Ascension. I unleashed the Rachni on the Galaxy. So for your sake, I hope your escape plan doesn't rely on me being afraid to shoot one single hostage!"
(SPOILERS gone)
Why am I sharing this? Because right now, the most asked for DLC is this one. Our DLC. Kaiden/Ashley's DLC. And since Bioware really does listen to us, I think we have every reason to be hopeful.
Hope I've managed to raise people's hopes with that! (And apologies if it got a little off-topic)
*Going dark!*

To be honest I don't care when it happens as long as it will happen.
