Hi I have some files for using in game to make nicer looking grass. Where can I put these so that they will be recognized in the level editor? I have tried the textures\\medium folder in my doucments module folder but it is not seeing it. Is there a more universal place I can put them, as I dont think the level is yet associated with the module if I understand the way things work?

Levels are never associated with a module, fyi.

If they were made for DA:O, place them in the Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override and see if they take. Btw, can you post a link to the mod too?

A link to what module? My silly little tutorial one hasn't been uploaded.

I have it working now from the textures medium folder, but I had to re open the toolset. Things look a little big though... is there some way for me to tell the terrain to tile more frequently (higher resolution/more repetition of the pattern) ?

Yes, there is a way to get it to tile. In the Terrain Palette (where you selected the texture for use in the level editor), select the texture and in the object inspector change the UVTile option.

That is awesome news, though I am not surprised, with all there is to learn in this toolset I would expect it to be fairly robust. I have only started the level creation of one area Timelord it will be a while if it even becomes an uploaded module. Unless you are referring to a project blog or something. I need an idea before I make any kind of module.
