So, as stated above I preordered the Collector's Edition from EA.  Perhaps it was silly of me to expect to have the preorder bonus codes sent to me via email or enclosed in the package containing the game, but I guess I'm a little old-fashioned that way.

Email to EA support resulted in a prompt autoreply ensuring I would have an answer in 48 hours.  I still have received nothing.  The support site is also so broken that forum/FAQ searches turn up nothing.  I'm sure I am not the only one to have had this issue so I am looking for advice.  What method used amongst you resulted in a positive outcome quickest?
