I use a Visa credit card, I make purchases all the time using the card, but I can't make purchases on the PSN for some unknown reason, I have called Sony and they are useless at helping.

I want to buy Dragon Age Origins DLC, so I can play it with the full experience. Is there a way to buy DLC online, and let it download when I log into the game?
