So I didn't get the game with the cerberus network card cause it was used. So I buy $15 in bioware points to get it. Kinda overpriced IMO, but no big deal.
I get shot to the list of things that it gives me and download them (Zaeed, Normandy Crash Site, etc.). But when I open ME2 it says:
"Unable to Authorizethe Listed DLC. Please log into Cerberus with the account used to purchase the DLC"
Followed by everything I downloaded. But the only button I see to do that is the connect button on the bottom of the screen. When I click it all I get is the "redeem code option" (Is there a code they gave me?) or the "purcahse" option which just sends me to the page with all the stuff I downloaded but can't play.
Sorry for the long post, but could somebody who bought it give me some insight. Is there some invisible step I've missed or am I just a chump who traded real money for pretend money for real content with the delightful bonus of not being able to access it.

When you were logged in to EA/Bioware website to purchase the DLC you were in a specific account registered to a specific e-mail address.
You need to log in to the same account 'in game' (from the ME2 menu) I believe.
