I recently had to do a drive wipe and fresh Windows install, and that meant a fresh install of ME2. Unfortunately, I didn't plan ahead and keep all DLC installation files backed up on a thumb drive or something. Anyhow, it just dawned on me that I can't find a list of installed DLC, similar to Windows Updates' "Installed Update" list, or the list of DLC installed and authorized as shown in Dragon Age.
Where is "Installed DLC" list?

No, I meant the DLC content installed on my computer, not the content that's available to me. I know how to get that.

you mean your installed DLCs? usually the directory is "C:\\\\Program Files\\\\Mass Effect 2\\\\BioGame\\\\DLC"

If you have a fresh install then you need to re-install the DLC I guess.
Redownload the exe files and run them one by one. As long as you are logged in to your account 'in game' they should be available.
There is not a handy list like in DAO I don't think.
