If you are getting this error when you try to "Add Bioware Points" to your account, make sure your account password contains only alphabets and numbers ( A-Z a-z 0-9 ).

I got this problem earlier too and after changing my old password (which contained "%") i was able to access points page.

i hope this helps those who have already tried to clear cache, temporal files, cookies and that kind of things.
