I get this message whenever I try to install either the 1.02 patch or the BDTS dlc. It worked fine on my desktop (which has xp) but is giving me this bug on my new laptop (which has w7)

here are the specs

 500 gb hd
4 gb ram
intel i7 quad @ 1.6 ghz
nvidia GT330M

the game runs perfectly otherwise.

Guess you haven't touched the game maps at all? If not i guess it's data corruption can't come up with any other scenario
