A couple thoughts:
When people said they wanted 'closure' for the Warden before playing Hawke, Morrigan was one of the main cited examples. So it is pretty clear that Bioware knew what they were doing, and had that in mind when they made their decisions.
This says it is the "conclusion" to the Origins storyline. What does that mean? Does it mean the last story for the Warden, or does it mean the last Origins DLC? If the latter, there could be other, side story DLC's like DSC and Leliana's Song. Personally I hope it is not the last DLC, but they might want to wrap up content before getting the Ultimate edition out. I'm hoping though that conclusion just means end of Warden's saga, and that some other DLC will still be available.
Finally, where do we think this will be located? IIRC, Morrigan goes to Orlais after the game ends (I just finished a new playthrough of Origins last night, so that stuck in my mind). So will this be in Orlais? I would not bet on it, because my theory is that all Origins content is Ferelden based (like Leliana's Song, for example), but it is possible, and would be interesting. But I don't think a DLC could do a new setting justice, so it will probably be back in Ferelden with a story-based justification. I hope there are new areas though, and not only reused ones.
(EDIT: Nevermind, I see on the page that Morrigan has returned to Ferelden, so that is established.)
In any case, I am pretty excited; it seems the rumor was true; someone had mentioned a couple weeks or so ago that there was going to be a Morrigan DLC in September, and the info turned out to be true
