Always remember, the DR is NOT canon.  Some players' Wardens made the US, or would have killed Morrigan if it had been an option.  So can't read too much into what some think "MUST" happen...

I've checked the actual game (on 360) a few times and it's only got Golems as the newest DLC and nothing in the menu for Witch Hunt.
