ur right i never understood why she looks young in da2 and old as dust in dao when the timelines are interlaced. but it never mentioned that you run in to flemeth in da2 before she's (allegedly) dead in dao.

Considering DA2 starts (in timeline) before Dragon Age Origins finishes, there's no reason why Flemeth couldn't be alive anymore even if you killed her... So that doesn't mean she has to come back from the dead to feature in DA2 (not saying I don't think she'll eventually will return from the other side, doubt it'll be Morrigan bringing her back though).

DA2 partly overlaps DA:O ... so could certainly have Flemeth appear between leaving the hut with Morrigan and when you return. And there's more than one way the later visit can play out... it may have even been a convincing illusion.

Its possibe Flemeth has an emergency back up Host somewhere, since lets be honest shes both ridiculously powerful and quite intelligent, it pays to have back ups. Im sure Morrigan isnt the first Daughter to figure out whats going on and try and kill her.

Oh yeah true, she does look a lot younger. Maybe she did find a new host then :s

Game releases in the US and Canada are always on Tuesdays (I have no idea why) and on Thursdays in Europe.



I would like to see Witch Hunt come out today, as it is my day off, but if it comes out later I'll just play it later (after all we waited 5 years for DA:O and then it was delayed 6 months). I don't think a few hours, or even a day or two, really matter - it is just a game.

I totally wish they had released Witch Hunt and/or Shadow Broker for Labor Day weekend.  Instead, I'm sitting here at work reading the forums on my lunch break hoping that the downloads will be released by the time I get home from work.

yer but wasn't morrigan the host for flemeth so morrigan must want to find another way out of being possessed

she was the host for flemeth but it doesnt have to be her own kid she can get anyone but she take her own kids because they are skilled in magic and it take less time for her magic to get back to strength thats why she wanted morrigan but she can take any body but if they dont use magic it takes long for here to get her full strenght back so there for morrigan also said she would hunt her down every time she got a new host and kill her again so yeah

flemeth can possesss anybody. it just takes a shorter time if the person shes possessing is strong in magic. so the child that morrigan has could be a great host since it has the power of a god(archdemon) in side it.
