I'm pretty sure by the end of the game, Morrigan and Flemmeth are the same person. Her personality does a 180 at the time she makes the offer, and as has been said, Flemmeth is way too intelligent to not to have seen it coming. So I have no doubt that the Flemmeth in the video we see in the the DA 2 video is indeed Flemmeth/Morrigan, but I guess we'll soon find out.

If I import My charecter from awakening which i imported from orgins do you think the awakening one will still have all the romance history or will i have to load my orgins one to keep the history?

There are some "mafia wars" players on facebook who are suffering getting killed and robbed at this moment by me because the DLC is not ready yet. Once I see I can set off for Morrigan's trail I'm cutting them some slack.

My impression was it would be an hour later then previously stated, and it was previously stated to me that it would be released at this time, which means it will probably be another hour.

That's an interesting theory since Morrigan told us that she could not accompany us to kill Flemeth...hmmmm.... Oh hell, I don't know!  I'm just dying to play Witch Hunt.
