resulted in a much shorter "game life" than Bioware originally intended with Origins and its DLC.
they intended so much with the game: ongoing toolset support, dlc just for the modding community, tons of patches and dlc, the greatest modding community of all times. it all sounded so fabulous but in the end was abandoned just for the sake of quick money. they reached such a tiny goal with those bad quality dlc they released so far (not counting stone prisoner and warden's keep). they willingly misled their fanbase - that's the real shame! it's not that those decisions popped out of a sudden....
Yeah, I guess we won't see any of the new toolset content, either, huh? Real shame, since DA:O modding is going to be very important for those who prefer that style of gameplay.... Maybe if we beg hard we'll get some stuff that didn't make it into the toolset. We shouldn't have to do that, though, should we?
I really thought that DA:O was a new model for excellence when it came out--truly replayable, wonderful writing, charming and compelling acting... The possibilities to expand on events, and explore the characters seemed limitless. Man, I was as naive as ******** before ** ***** *** ****** (redacted for spoilers

). Heh, Bioware hardened me....
