Yes the rest of you wont get a DLC about Zevran, Leliana or Alistair. You all got some kind of closure at the end of Origins, which the people who romanced Morrigan didnt.
Your lucky BioWare didnt decide to make DA2 about Morrigan, Flemeth and the god baby. Which they could of easily done. Be thankful its just a DLC if you hate her so much.
AND BEFORE YOU START RANTING. BioWare could of made the god baby a canon for DA2, even if you refused the DR.
Did you miss the part
in the very post you quoted where I said Morrigan was like a sister to my female Warden? Evidently. You also missed the part where I'm happy to have this DLC.
In any case, it depends on your definition of closure. The end of DAO was not closure--it said right there, the adventures would continue. Alistair would only travel with you "for a time". Zevran, "for a time". Leliana, "for a time". At the end of Awakening you are supposed to up and mysteriously vanish. This DLC will probably tell you why, but the thing is, that's not really closure. There are still things hanging.
We would like a send-off, nothing more. Just a cutscene at the end of the game of you traveling off to wherever with your love interest, or leaving them behind, or saying good-bye to Oghren or something, who knows. Just something worthy of a Warden who did not romance Morrigan; something that feels just as satisfying, that we are saying good-bye to this character and it doesn't feel cheapened or lessened because you feel left out of the loop.
Also, and I said this earlier, if you play DAO after this DLC comes out, there is no "loose ends" to be tied up. You know what happens with Morrigan and your Warden. You know there is closure. You get your own entire DLC for it. You will get it. Many of us won't feel the same.
Again, I'm not angry, or bitter, or betrayed, I'm just hesitant.
